Job Summary

The Experienced Customer Support Services Analyst will provide advanced consultation, training, and troubleshooting services to technical staff and end-users. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to analyze complex technical issues. As a customer support services analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day advanced consultation, training, and troubleshooting services to technical staff and end-users
  • Analyzing, recommending, installing, configuring, and evaluating systems and tools for internal and end-user use
  • Developing and conducting tests of hardware and software and reporting on configurations and behavior
  • Developing and providing technical documentation and training
  • Assessing needs and recommending hardware and software acquisitions and upgrades
  • Troubleshooting, resolving, or triaging moderately complex network connectivity issues
  • Providing server administration support to clients
  • Consulting with users to assess and implement file structure needs and perform data migration
  • Performing backup server administration
  • Creating and overseeing the creation of complex technical documentation
  • Developing and/or providing training as needed based on consultation with users and understanding of technology

Key Responsibilities

* Provide advanced consultation, training, and troubleshooting services to technical staff and end-users

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with users to assess and implement file structure needs and perform data migration
  • Perform backup server administration and ensure data integrity
  • Create and oversee the creation of complex technical documentation
  • Develop and/or provide training as needed based on consultation with users and understanding of technology
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or triage moderately complex network connectivity issues
  • Provide server administration support to clients
  • Assess needs and recommend hardware and software acquisitions and upgrades

Essential Qualifications

* A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, engineering)

  • At least 2 years of experience in providing information systems support and management in a large-scale organization
  • Proven success in providing escalated, broad technical support, including hardware and software tests, analyzing test results, and producing reports of conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare environment

  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification
  • Experience with system administration and network management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $59,675 - $96,006 (prorated if appointment percentage is less than 100%)
