As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to travel bookings, rebookings, and cancellations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely information, and that their travel plans are executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, responding to their queries and resolving issues related to travel bookings, rebookings, and cancellations
  • Offer accurate and timely information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly, and provide personalized support to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and ensure that all customer data is handled in accordance with our privacy policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications
