Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance company's software. Your main responsibilities will include:

Hours of Operation and Commitment

We operate 7 days a week, from 4 AM to 5 PM PST. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be required to commit to 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours being self-scheduled on the weekends. This role is anticipated to last for 90 days, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

What We Are Looking For in a Candidate

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in data entry, with a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Background in high-volume call support, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute, enabling you to efficiently manage customer interactions and data entry tasks
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, allowing you to navigate between different software applications and customer inquiries seamlessly

Workspace Requirements for Remote Work

To ensure you can perform your duties effectively and securely, you will need:

  • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (note: Macs and Chromebooks are not compatible with our systems)
  • Willingness to install arenaflex's security software on your computer and mobile device to protect sensitive customer information
  • Ability to install AWS on your computer, facilitating access to our cloud-based platforms
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures for identity verification and security purposes
  • A stable broadband internet connection with a speed of 50 Mbps or greater, ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers
  • 8 GB RAM or better, and dual monitors are highly recommended for optimal performance and productivity
