Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand and upholding its values and standards
  • Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords
  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our services

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced English knowledge, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage, although we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions
