Job Overview

We are currently seeking several experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our National Campaigns Unit, working on behalf of internal clients to provide shareholder communications for public companies. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support to our clients, responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate and timely information to shareholders, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from shareholders, providing accurate and timely information to address their concerns and questions
  • Communicate effectively with shareholders, ensuring that they understand the information being presented and can make informed decisions
  • Direct shareholders to the appropriate resources and channels for voting and other important information
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all communications are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6-7 months of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and communication to clients and customers
  • Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills, with the ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Own equipment, including Windows 10 or 11, USB headsets, and dual monitors (beneficial but not required)
  • Internet speed of 50 download/10 upload

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on shareholder communications or similar industry
  • Knowledge of data entry, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter information into systems and databases
  • Experience working with dual monitors and other technical equipment, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and technical issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
