Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing real-time assistance and support through our online chat platform. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via live chat, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information about our services and processes.
  • Assisting clients with questions related to real estate services and processes, including answering questions about our listings, market trends, and community information.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer-centricity.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring that our clients' information is secure and confidential.

Qualifications
