Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats with energy, positivity, and knowledge
  • Empowering homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction through excellent service standards
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer inquiries and requests
  • Providing updates and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
