Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our card members. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. You'll handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner, working closely with our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and emails from card members in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to senior representatives as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, email correspondence, and issue resolutions
  • Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction ratings, issue resolution rates, and sales targets
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share best practices, and develop new solutions to customer challenges
  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures, including product updates, service changes, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer-centric solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Customer service experience preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on high-volume customer interactions
  • Knowledge of financial services products and services, including credit cards, loans, and banking services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
