The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Communicating with customers in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, and providing support in English as needed
- Managing customer data and ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, and have a good command of English. You'll also need to be a flexible and dynamic individual who's able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level)
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Working Hours and Location
The working hours for this role are 8.5 hours per day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you work from home or from our office in Riga.
