Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in both English and French via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, as well as troubleshoot technical issues
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
