Job Summary

As a Strategic Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for increasing market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites. This will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. You'll also serve as a mentor and liaison in the overall go-to-market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within assigned customer groups and high-profile job sites

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Evaluate new potential customers and develop strategies to onboard them into the program
  • Manage the corporate accounts office, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Serve as a mentor and liaison in the overall go-to-market sales strategy for the assigned area
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 4 years of previous sales management experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications

  • Experience working in the equipment rental industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and coach team members
