The Role

As an Online Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll play a critical role in shaping their experience with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll also be expected to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, and use this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team

Requirements

* No experience necessary; we'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role

  • Excellent written communication skills in English are required; you should be able to clearly and concisely communicate with customers through live chat
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting; you should be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with chat software is advantageous, but not required
  • A genuine customer-focused attitude and desire to help others; you should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes as necessary; you should be flexible and open to new challenges
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive remote workspace; you should be able to work from anywhere in the world
