About the Role

As a Seasonal Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Using specialized browser-based applications to enter or repair alphanumeric information from source documents and images
• Capturing data and/or verifying the accuracy of OCR data and correcting logic errors and math blocks
• Operating electronic data entry or word processing equipment to input information from source documents
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
• Working closely with procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

What You Need to Qualify

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Three months of full-time experience in data entry or word processing, including operating electronic data entry or word processing equipment to input information from source documents
• A keyboard (typing) speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Completion of an established data entry training course using electronic data entry equipment may be substituted for up to three months of experience
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience processing, entering, and/or verifying detailed data
• Accountability in performance and a strong desire to improve
• Ability to follow procedures closely
• Strong work ethic

Additional Information

This is an SEIU-represented position, and the salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95% Review the Classification and Compensation page for more details on the classification, or you may visit our website for information on the job offer process following pay equity. Work Environment and Company Culture

As a Seasonal Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be working in a standard office environment, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements. The training may be conducted in person for the first one to two (1-2) weeks. The position is part-time, seasonal, and typically works an eight-hour day shift, Monday - Friday. However, due to workload, day shift may work less than eight hours a day or 40 hours a week. Starting and ending times may vary, depending on the unit and business need.
