Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Capturing and validating complex data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing production services to business operations by performing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities
• Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
• Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
• Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
• Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• A typing speed of at least 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities
