Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Helping clients and families plan for their future
- Reaching out to individuals who have asked for our help
- Asking good questions and being a good listener to understand each person's unique situation
- Offering options that will protect their family for when an unexpected life event or tragedy happens
- Working independently to build your own business and earn what you're willing to work for
Requirements
* Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
- Must be able to work independently
- Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients over the phone, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
