Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
• Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidate applications
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Essential Qualifications:

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
• 1+ year of previous work experience (previous experience is a plus)
