Responsibilities
As a remote work from home customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online or in-person focus groups and discussions on various topics
- Completing written and oral instructions and surveys
- Providing honest and detailed feedback on products and services
- Using products and services provided by arenaflex and its partners
- Participating in phone interviews and online discussions
- Reviewing and providing feedback on new products and services before they are launched to the public
Qualifications
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:
- Have a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop or laptop
- Have access to a reliable internet connection
- Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Be willing to participate in online or in-person discussions
- Have a high school diploma or its equivalent
Experience
No experience is required for this opportunity. However, you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in discussions and provide feedback.
