Key Responsibilities

• Delivery and Execution (10%): Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope and alignment. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
• Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes, cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs, and lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams and provide visibility of the work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
• Team and Stakeholder (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value, identify and resolve impediments, and manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns with product strategy. Provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Qualifications:
