Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests via email, ensuring timely and professional communication that aligns with our brand voice and customer service guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries about products, orders, cancellations, refunds, and more
  • Actioning requests in our systems, including order cancellations, refunds, and changes to customer accounts
