About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both French and English to join our team. As a critical member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our users receive exceptional quality support, characterized by fast response times and accurate information. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to users, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to the highest standards of customer support.
  • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Manage complaints, providing proper solutions and options within established time limits, and following up to secure resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers, exceeding their expectations and fostering a positive experience with our platform.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry.
  • A college degree or above, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Native-level fluency in French and advanced English language skills, enabling you to provide support to our users in both languages.
  • Previous experience with cross-functional support will be advantageous, as you will be required to cater to cross-support across other language lines.
