Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute investor calls, webinars, and other virtual events, ensuring seamless planning and execution by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Content Development: Partner with senior management and marketing teams to create presentation materials, agendas, and talking points that are engaging, informative, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication & Hosting: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders before, during, and after events, introducing speakers, managing audience engagement, and facilitating Q&A sessions during live webcasts.
  • Technical Management: Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools, ensuring technical aspects run smoothly and being presentable and ready to handle live event dynamics.
  • Promotion & Engagement: Work with the marketing team to promote events via email campaigns, social media, and other channels, maintaining detailed records of investor interactions and attendance.
  • Follow-Up & Reporting: Prepare and distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and related materials, analyzing event performance, gathering feedback, and reporting metrics to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all communications and materials comply with regulatory and company requirements, obtaining necessary approvals from Compliance and adhering to arenaflex's high standards of integrity and transparency.

  • Strong Organizational and Project Management Abilities: Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple events simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

  • Attention to Detail with a High Degree of Accuracy: Meticulous approach to planning and execution, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Webinar Platforms and Conferencing Tools: Familiarity with webinar platforms, such as Zoom, Webex, or GoToWebinar, and conferencing tools, including audio and video equipment.
  • Marketing and Promotion Experience: Experience in promoting events via email campaigns, social media, and other channels, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
