If a customer requires additional support, you can either assist them yourself or assign the lead to one of our experienced closers. Key Responsibilities:

• Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our proprietary software
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
• Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our system
• Assign leads to our closers if additional support is required
• Generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace using a solid algorithm
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base
