Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients navigate their healthcare plans and making informed decisions about their medical care. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic and knowledgeable support to address their concerns and questions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, providing timely and accurate information about their healthcare plans and benefits

  • Answer questions and address concerns related to medication coverage, prescription refills, and other healthcare-related topics
  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to provide personalized solutions and recommendations to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their medical care
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
