The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls when necessary
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving complex issues
  • Notating account information accurately
  • Researching for up-to-date information to resolve customer inquiries
  • Navigating our systems while engaging with customers on the phone

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
  • Ability to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience handling customer calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries and escalate items as necessary in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with researching and resolving related inquiries
  • PC skills
  • Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment
  • Ability to identify and communicate process improvement to supervisor
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role is $20.00 per hour. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations: California | Colorado | Jersey City, New Jersey | Maryland | New York State | Washington State. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for a $1.00 an hour bilingual differential while employed within a bilingual capacity.
