Experienced Customer Service Representative – Empowering Veterinary Practice Partners

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a remote customer service professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and maintaining performance levels to specified goals. Responsibilities:

* Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

  • Ensure that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain performance levels to specified goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and technology, applying this knowledge to provide expert support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and developments

Education & Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer relations theory and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting

Skills & Abilities:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy

Remote Work Environment:

* This is a fully remote position, with various work locations available

Compensation & Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $15/hour
