Job Summary

As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary mission will be to increase sales conversion by delivering a pleasant experience to every website visitor, while also handling post-order queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class customer service and a pleasant experience to every website visitor, resulting in increased sales conversion
  • Handling incoming chat from multiple client websites, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Protecting company, client, and visitor information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Updating your knowledge through continuous learning, participating in self-paced and group training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Ensuring you have the right equipment and a proper place to work productively, meeting the minimum technical requirements for the role

Work Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of customer service experience in English-speaking businesses, clients, or customers, preferably in e-commerce or similar industries
  • A robust e-commerce or retail customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Genuine care for customers and clients, with a passion for delivering personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sales-oriented skills, with a proven ability to convert chats into sales and drive revenue growth
  • Social media management experience, with a strong understanding of online platforms and their role in customer service
  • At least six months of work-from-home experience, with a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be remote work ready, with a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace
  • Meet the minimum technical requirements for the role, including:

+ A computer (laptop or desktop) with a quad-core CPU (at least 2.5 GHz or higher), 16GB or higher RAM, 1GB GPU, and at least 110 GB SSD for your drive C + A dual monitor with at least 1920 x 1080 display resolutions + A headset with mic and webcam for meetings

  • Possess above-average written and verbal English communication and comprehension skills, with great chat, email, social media, and phone etiquette
  • Demonstrate advance critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Terms of Employment

If you're qualified for the Live Chat or Email Support position, you'll be placed on our waiting list unless we're urgently hiring. The average waiting time to be assigned is between 2-8 weeks, depending on our service requirements. As a full-time employee, you'll start between 20-30 hours/week, then gradually move up to 40-45 hours/week as you learn the process and depending on the business requirements. This project-based job is coterminous with the client contract with arenaflex, and agents with good track records may be transferred to other accounts/projects.
