Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Data Entry:
Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate.
Updating and Maintaining Records:
Maintaining accurate and organized records, including client information, appointments, and other relevant data.
Operating Office Equipment:
Proficiently operating a range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
Communicating with Clients:
Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Scheduling Appointments:
Coordinating and scheduling appointments with clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Great Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
Experience with Computers and Software:
Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with Office Equipment:
Familiarity with basic standard office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
QuickBooks Knowledge:
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
Typing Speed:
A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is required.
High School Diploma:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Teamwork:
The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software:
Familiarity with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
Experience with data analysis and reporting:
Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating reports and visualizations.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications, such as QuickBooks Certified User or Microsoft Office Specialist.
Job Type:
This is a full-time, remote position, requiring an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
Pay and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
