Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates on order status. Your expertise in data entry, customer relationship building, and problem-solving will be essential in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and accelerating billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners

  • Enter PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) data with accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct
  • Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
  • Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processes
  • Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing processes, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience as an account representative

  • Proficiency in Oracle

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
