Job Summary

As a Live Chat and Email Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and servicing the needs of our customers who have purchased an extended service plan. You'll answer incoming chats and emails from customers, assist them with troubleshooting and servicing covered products, and provide solutions to their technical issues. This role requires strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and critical thinking to resolve customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and servicing covered products, providing solutions to their technical issues
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their expectations
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and helpful support

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in a technical support role

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting customer expectations and resolving issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat and email support, preferably in a customer service or technical support role

  • Knowledge of technical products and services, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Certification in customer service or technical support, such as CompTIA or ITIL

Education Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent
