What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers via email and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our products and services, and ensuring that every interaction is nothing short of wonderful. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and implementing solutions to optimize each customer's interaction with arenaflex
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience

You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who is comfortable thinking outside the box and coming up with unique solutions to complex problems.   • Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures
  • Able to juggle many tasks at once while remaining extremely organized and attentive to detail
  • Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows (keyboard shortcuts are the secret to your success!)
  • Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
  • Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
  • Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
  • Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Has reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router—a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided!
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a definite plus in this role.
