Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chat support. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving customer inquiries, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, both in English and Spanish (bilingualism is a plus)
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Work in a remote setting, with regular virtual meetings and check-ins with the team

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus)

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual setting

Schedule

* 8-hour shifts, with flexibility to work in a variety of shifts and schedules
