Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging in real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely solutions or directing them to appropriate resources.
  • Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date for efficient lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities, facilitating a smooth handover and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Becoming an expert in the live chat platform, leveraging its features to enhance customer engagement and improve response times.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, staying informed about product features, promotions, and FAQs to provide authoritative advice and support.
  • Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform to improve efficiency and consistency in customer communications.
  • Enhancing training and best practices documentation to contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service standards and live chat operations.
  • Developing and communicating ideas for improvement in our customer journey, suggesting innovations that can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitoring KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc., to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and key marketing team members regarding leads and live chat, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and conversion.
  • Performing other assigned tasks that contribute to the success of the marketing team and the overall goals of arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

To excel as a Live Chat Agent with arenaflex, you should possess:

  • Experience in the commercial modular construction industry, although not mandatory, is highly preferred for a deeper understanding of our products and services.
  • Live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales experience, which demonstrates your ability to engage with customers effectively and manage leads.
  • Salesforce.com experience, which is beneficial for lead management and data entry, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
