About the Role: Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home and interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide troubleshooting support as needed
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their overall experience and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
