Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

Account Creation:

Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.

Claims Online Portal Registration:

Process claims online portal tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.

Ticket Processing:

Help process new tickets that come through, working closely with the team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Backlog Management:

Assist in managing the backlog of tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Training and Development:

Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're always up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:

2 years of Account Creation experience:

Proven experience in creating new accounts using ServiceNow and CyberArk.

2 years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience:

Strong background in customer service and IT help desk, with a focus on delivering exceptional support.

Healthcare Experience:

Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this sector.

Ability to learn quickly:

Strong ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Detail Oriented:

High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

High school diploma:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

While not required, the following skills and experience would be a plus:

ServiceNow / CyberArk experience:

Experience working with ServiceNow and CyberArk, with a strong understanding of the tools and technologies.
