Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Upselling when required to meet customer needs and exceed expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type 25 words per minute with accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide clear solutions
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • The ability to navigate Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
  • Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
