Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Insurance and Financial Services Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities for growth and development
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet those needs
• Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
