Job Summary

As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven insights and analytics that inform arenaflex's education programs and drive business growth. You will work closely with Senior Leaders to gain a deep understanding of our business needs and develop actionable recommendations that drive results. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and presentation will enable you to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain data-driven insights and analytics that inform arenaflex's education programs and drive business growth

• Collaborate with Senior Leaders to gain a deep understanding of our business needs and develop actionable recommendations that drive results
• Apply advanced data analysis and visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve complex data-related issues and share expertise on data analysis and visualization tools
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
• Perform other duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to apply advanced software to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to advocate solutions

• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
• Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects
• Understanding of Company policies (e.g., Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong Customer Service and/or team environment
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
• Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
• Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools such as: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets + Visualization and presentation experience

• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations education and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)

This role is a hybrid position that requires employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus for a minimum of 3 days a week.
