Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate product information, and contributing to lead generation for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through online chat, responding to their inquiries and providing accurate product information
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer-based systems. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus, it's not mandatory. We're looking for individuals who are:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
