As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing personalized travel recommendations and planning services. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales: Customize travel itineraries for clients, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities.
- Process payments on behalf of the client: Ensure seamless transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide all necessary documents to clients: Ensure clients receive essential travel documents before and after their trip.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and exceed expectations.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
