About the Role
As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be speaking on behalf of one of our clients, a Business Coach, and will be responsible for managing their social media presence and driving sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
- Follow up with leads to drive sales growth and conversion
- Grow organic accounts through engaging content and strategic planning
- Reply to active leads and close sales
- Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the team
Requirements
To be part of our team, you will need to have an Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English, a stable internet connection, a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone, and full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends). You should be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil and have a proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles. You should also be 100% confident in your English skills and have a high interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily.
