Job Overview

In this remote work opportunity, you will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve their problems. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring that you are up-to-date on the latest products, services, and processes
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer communications
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to add value to the customer's experience and increase sales revenue
  • Schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that all customer issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. You should be excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms, with basic computer skills and experience. You will need to be able to multitask, prioritize your work, and manage your time effectively, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize your work, and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and other tools
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with fluency in English required
