Your role will involve answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide answers, and resolving issues with compassion and a smile. What You Bring to the Role

To be successful as a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge and the ability to apply it in a customer-facing role
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
  • High-speed internet access (> 40mbps) and a dedicated workspace

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
