Job Overview: Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and support to our customers through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Leverage active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software applications to manage customer interactions and perform administrative tasks

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
  • Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, with a focus on inbound calls and customer retention
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems

  • Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!), with a reliable and consistent Internet connection
