What to Expect: Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience
- Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, highlighting the value proposition of arenaflex's mortgage services
- Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing empathetic and solution-focused support
- Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries, upholding arenaflex's commitment to exceptional customer service
What's Required: Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Must reside within 60 miles of the office location, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team
- Attendance required for the first 90 days of training, where you'll receive comprehensive onboarding and support
- Availability to work during business hours after training, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
