Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work. You'll work closely with our sales and support teams to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and identify new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
* Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
* Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
* Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
* Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
* Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and data
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual is preferred but not required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
