Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our 3rd shift team in Carlisle, PA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. You will also generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports to management and payroll staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Input time and production data for all distribution center associates into the Blue Chip computer system (65% of time) + Summarize production sheets, check for accuracy, and report errors + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards

• Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports to management and payroll staff (15% of time)
• Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
• File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
• Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time)

Essential Qualifications and Skills

* Previous clerical/administrative experience

• 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
• Good math skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
• Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment

• Familiarity with Blue Chip computer system or similar data entry software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Compensation and Shift Information

* Hourly rate: $17/hour

• Shift differential: $3/hour for 3rd shift
• Shift: 11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday (with the option to train on 1st shift for the first month)
