Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy, ensuring that customers feel heard and supported throughout the process.
• Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
• Ensure High Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, responding to customer feedback, and implementing improvements to our customer service processes.

Qualifications
