The Role
As a Wholesale Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and it's essential that you possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering questions and educating customers about arenaflex products and values
* Managing inbound wholesale requests and organizing in CRM
* Order entry, preparing invoices, and tracking shipments
* Help resolve customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible
* Keep customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want
* Communicating with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at all times
* Staying on top of incoming calls and tickets at the same time (this also means: following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary)
* Recommending ways to improve our support process, scripts, and tools

* Works well in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
* Proficient with Google Docs and Excel
* Experience with different CRM systems and best practices is a plus
