Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and have a strong background in revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

As a Revenue Cycle Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Perform duties for revenue operations department related to either medical insurance collections or credits, or setting patient insurance coverage.
• Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
• Respond timely and accurately to payer communications.
• Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams.
• Partner with clinics teammates such as Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
• Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Revenue Cycle Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
• Previous Revenue Cycle experience is the preferred but not required
• Data Entry experience filling out online forms
• Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
• Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
• Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
