Key Responsibilities
As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, your daily tasks will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure that baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, often in harsh weather conditions, and will be required to prioritize safety and security at all times. Your ability to work well under pressure, think critically, and provide excellent customer service will be essential in this role.
Scheduling and Work Environment
Scheduling at arenaflex is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Be proficient in English.
- Pass a physical ability test (PAT).
- Be able to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
